This is La Casa Dei Sogni, a project we did in 2024. A 2-story, very large condo on Piazza Cisterna in Biella. We refinished the teak floors throughout and added new carpet to bedrooms. We created 3 extra bedrooms for a total of 5. In addition to this we added a 3rd full bath. Painted throughout, updated kitchen and all new Furnitures. Now this is a rental property, that sleeps up for 10-12. Owned by an American-Danish couple.

This is another apartment we have done on Piazza Cisterna. This was done in 2019. It was a complete renovation with new floors, windows, adding internal elevator, new kitchen and bathrooms. The style reflects the owner's lifestyle of having lived in many different countries. It's modern, clean and busy in the good way. Its owned by a Danish-South American couple.

This is Villa La Punta. It was built from ground up by Gitte Jakobsen and decorated by us sisters Completed summer 2024. Modern cyclidic style in warm tones with focus on blending in with the surrounding nature. It is a rental vacation home on the Island of Naxos and owned by a Danish-American and Danish-South American couples.

This is Villa Tranquilla. This large villa was bought in 2022 and updated with new decor and style. This home was too cold and lacked style, when we started and needed some serious warming up. We did this with earthy textures on furniture, wall art and plants. Also, with this home we went with a cyclidic style. Just because it's a beach house doesn't mean you need to have dolphins on the walls! It is a rental vacation home on the Island of Naxos and owned by Danish-American couple.

This is Villa Unica. This villa built by Gitte Jakobsen and designed by us. In this home we made a black kitchen for the first time and created a oversized kitchen island where we continued the big floors tiles up on the island given it an very unique and modern look. We played with golden accents. The basic them was black and grey, but the gold and the light effects helped to warm it up so it wasn't. This is owned by a Greek family and is a rental home as well.

This house was building 1983 and is a traditional American home. It was completely renovated and decorated in 2018 by Heidi Lakes. It's a grand house in a modern but cozy style with focus on "HYGGE". Grey, yellow, white is the color scheme. Refinished oak floors and special feature is the thick glass paneling on staircase and wall trim for an elegant look. The master bath is incredible and luxurious. Its owned by Danish-American family.

This house was building 1983 and is a traditional ranch style American home. It was completely renovated by Heidi Lakes. This was a complete renovation with focus on opening up the space as it was very compartmentalized with separate kitchen and dining room. A grey and white color scheme for a clean and light look. It was bought as a flip and has since been sold to an American family.

This house was building 1953 and is a traditional ranch style American home. It was completely renovated by Heidi Lakes in 2022. This was a complete renovation and staged for sale. We opened up the ceiling and broke down walls between living room and kitchen. This home was very outdated. We updated both bathrooms and created a master suite. The color scheme was green, white and gold. It was bought as a flip and has since been sold to an American family.
